1099-G Tax Information
1099-G income tax statements for 2019 are available online. If you received unemployment, your tax statement is called form 1099-G, not form W-2.
To view and print your current or previous year 1099-G tax forms online, logon to the online benefits services website:
Log on using your username and password, then go to the "Unemployment Services" menu to access your 1099-G tax forms. If you have questions about your user name and password, see our frequently asked questions for accessing online benefit services.
After you are logged in, you can also request or discontinue federal and state income tax withholding from each unemployment benefit payment. The federal withholding is 10% of the weekly amount payable, and the state withholding is 5% of the weekly amount payable.

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) offers free Federal income tax filing to taxpayers whose adjusted gross income was $69,000 or less in 2019. See details at IRS.gov/FreeFile.
